Opening a Program: Proposals to open programs within vocational schools in higher education institutions were examined at the Higher Education Executive Board meeting dated 06/07/2017 and; In accordance with article 7/d-2 of Law No. 2547, amended by Law No. 2880, a decision was made and the Laboratory and Veterinary Health Program was opened.

Admitting Students: It has been decided that programs will be opened within the vocational schools of higher education institutions and that students will be admitted to the Laboratory and Veterinary Health Program in accordance with the articles 7/d-2 and 7/h of Law No. 2547 as amended by Law No. 2880, article 4 of Law No. 3843 and article 8 of the Regulation on the Principles to be Complied with in Foreign Language Education and Teaching in a Foreign Language in Higher Education Institutions.
